What the application obtains.
Palette Proportions does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the application. Registration is not required. The application is a color planning tool for segment measurements, area proportions, palette moods, saved palettes, and recent design projects.
If the application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained by the Service Provider and is not used for tracking.
002 · Local design records
Palette projects stay under user control.
Local app information
If you create project names, project types, Interior / Poster / UI Layout / Branding / Custom selections, segment sizes, section measurements, custom units, preferred measurement units, calculated area proportions, percentage breakdowns, dominant or accent area values, selected palette moods, saved color combinations, saved palettes, recent projects, default project type settings, or app settings, those records are intended to remain local to your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Voluntary contact
If you contact BREST directly by email or another voluntary method, BREST may use the information you provide only to respond to your request. You may request deletion of voluntarily provided contact information using the contact emails below.
003 · Data Retention
No collected app data to retain.
Because Palette Proportions does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use, BREST does not retain personal app usage data on its servers. Local design planning records, if saved by the app, remain on the user’s device and are controlled by the user.
Voluntarily provided support or contact information may be kept only as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain business correspondence, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve related support issues.
004 · Data Deletion
Delete the app to remove local records.
App data deletion
Since Palette Proportions does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the app removes the application from your device. Locally stored project records and app data can also be removed through device controls or any in-app clearing feature where available.
Contact data deletion
If you voluntarily contacted BREST and want that correspondence or contact information deleted, send a request to support@brest.ink. BREST will process deletion requests as required by applicable law.
005 · Important limitations
Design reference, not professional replacement.
Palette Proportions is a personal design planning and color proportion utility. It is not professional architectural measurement software, a CAD tool, a construction estimator, a building compliance tool, an interior design agency, a paint ecommerce store, a color psychology diagnosis tool, a medical color vision tool, or an AI brand identity generator.
The application does not replace professional designers, architects, accessibility specialists, brand strategists, engineering measurements, print proofing, production testing, or user judgment. Color and proportion results are for planning reference and should be verified in the final project context.
006 · Children, security, and changes
The application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by law. BREST does not knowingly solicit data from children.
Because the application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure from normal app use is minimal. No system is completely secure.
BREST may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a new version with an updated effective date.
